New Leftwing Idea: If We Lose Elections, We Should Have a Revolution

The left in America has, for the past 40 years, derided anyone who thought they were insane. New evidence, however, shows just how utterly and incredibly insane they truly are.

The new idea from the Left is that if somehow they lose the 2006 elections - and do not take Congress - they should stage a revolution.

Get your guns, folks - the nutters are coming.

My Advice for This Year's Elections

We're going to give them one more chance to hold elections that are credible. We're going to throw ourselves into this next election, getting out as many voters as we can.

The turn-out will be huge, especially by the standard of off-year elections. Americans will come out to vote, in part, as a way to take a stand on behalf of free and fair elections.

No early voting, and as little absentee voting as possible. The point here is to have a massive turn-out on Election Day.

We'll not only work to boost the turn-out, but we also plan to monitor this thing with an unprecedented thoroughness. We're going to watch the polls, and watch them count the votes. We're going to keep track of every wrong or merely screwy incident, every startling trend, every weird anomaly. We're also going to pay close heed to all the relevant statistics: newspaper polls, independent exit polls (we cannot trust the NEP) and so on.

And so, when the Repubs win yet again, surprisingly maintaining their control of Congress, notwithstanding their subterranean approval ratings, we will be prepared to note all the anomalies and improprieties -- and, at long last, to SAY NO. As this will have been the fourth election cycle ravaged by Bush/Cheney since 2000, Americans must finally go Ukrainian, and just refuse to acknowledge BushCo's latest "win."

Got it? They are going to give us one last chance. One more, hear us? Because, according to the Left, they have had the last three elections "stolen" from them.

Proof? Evidence? Just hysteria, nonsense, and banality from these psychos.

So, on election night, if the Republicans keep control of Congress, remember that rabid Leftist within earshot. And get your gun ready, because these losers sound mad.

Hillary Clinton Catches "Al Gore Disease"

One of the things that cost Al Gore the 2000 election was his propensity to lie through his teeth. His mother sang him songs that weren't in existence when he was a child; his mother paid more for a drug his dog also took, even though the dog took a different drug; and he couldn't keep his stories straight on illegal fundraising by him and his partner in crime, Bill Clinton.

Now, it appears that whatever malady caused Gore to lie over and over again on such small things has been caught by Hillary Clinton.

In an appearance before some religious group, she told a whopper of a lie.

Hillary Clinton talks religion

Appearing before a religious conference earlier this week, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-New York) told the audience that as a child attending Sunday school she would baby-sit the children of migrant workers so that their older siblings could join their parents at work.

"I was fortunate that at an early age, through my church, I was given the opportunity to expand my horizons," Clinton told the 600 adults and teenagers attending the Sojourners "Covenant for a New America" conference.

Hillary Clinton grew up in Illinois, in what was - and still is - one of the whitest, upper middle class districts in that state.

What "migrant workers" were around where she lived? And how come this woman, in politics for nearly 30 years, has never told this story?

It appears Hillary is lying through her teeth to pander to Hispanic voters.

How long before the media calls her on it, as they called Gore on his enormous - and verifiable - fibs, is anyone's guess. But do stay tuned for more of these whoppers.

Code Pinkeye: We Will Starve to Get the Troops Home

The disgusting leftist losers at "Code Pinkeye" are gearing up for some hunger strike which they claim will bring the troops home from Iraq.

Starve, women. Starve away. The troops will come home when their mission is done, not when you get hungry.

But here is a lovely interview with one of these disgusting pieces of crap:

An interview with Diane Wilson by Medea Benjamin

Diane Wilson, a fourth-generation shrimper from Texas and mother of five, has become legendary for her struggles to stop chemical companies from dumping devastating toxins into the Gulf Coast, as chronicled in her new book An Unreasonable Woman: A True Story of Shrimpers, Politicos, Polluters and the Fight for Seadrift, Texas.

Diane, a founding member of CODEPINK, announced at the Mother's Day peace vigil in Washington DC on May 14 that she was going on a hunger strike to bring the troops home from Iraq and invited others to join her. The Troops Home Fast, which will begin on July 4, has already attracted hundreds of supporters.

And check out this interview!

Will the fast really accomplish anything? Do you really think George Bush is going to bring the troops home because some people are refusing to eat?

I've seen throughout history how people have used hunger strikes. Gandhi won independence for India without firing a shot. The suffragists did a hunger strike to win the vote. Mitch Schneider fasted to call attention to the homeless. People in Belfast fasted till death to try to get the British out of Ireland.

Some fasts are successful, others aren't. You never know. There's certainly no guarantee of success. But I damn sure know that if we don't do anything, nothing will change. And I damn sure know that it's a time for action, not navel-gazing.

When you fish, you have to use your instincts. That's what the sea teaches you. I've learned to trust my instincts, my gut feelings, and my gut tells me that with this fast, we can create the space for change to happen. I don't know exactly what that will be. But I know that boldness can be magical. I believe that we can create miracles when we put the intent out there. And I'm willing to stake my life on it!

Now these sickos are comparing themselves to Gandhi!

But, you have to have some heart for any whackjob who says "I know that boldness can be magical. I believe that we can create miracles when we put the intent out there. And I'm willing to stake my life on it!"

So, folks, remember: Boldness is magical. That says it all.

More News from The Religion of Peace

The Muslims are at it again - killing, murdering, making life miserable for the rest of the human race.

Time for our weekly update:

More "honor killings" in which peaceful Muslims murder their own kind for not following their ridiculous commands.

Palestinian 'Honor' Killings on the Rise

When Israel began erecting a separation barrier in late 2003 to protect its citizens from the seemingly endless procession of suicide bombers, Palestinian society responded by redirecting its destructive urges inward. All revolutions are said ultimately to turn upon themselves and devour their own children. And, when suicide bombing became an increasingly difficult means of enhancing family prestige, Palestinians shifted the focus onto their female offspring to restore the balance.

Suicide bombings in Israel had developed into a bloody and lucrative industry for Palestinians who carried out 39 attacks in 2002. But, since Israel began constructing its anti-terrorist fence, the Palestinian human-bomb industry has been reduced to bankruptcy by producing only 11 attacks in more than two years.

Honor killing, on the other hand -- which has always been an integral aspect of Palestinian life -- began gathering momentum. With horrifying zest, weapon-wielding fathers, brothers, uncles and sometimes mothers, hunt down their daughters and sisters and commit shocking acts of violence for real and imagined immoral transgressions.

The Arab motivation for murdering their own daughters flows from the same cultural wellspring that produces suicide bombers. The defensive form of honor, called ird, is consumed with female sexual purity and manifests itself in the murder of its own to restore family honor, whereas the offensive manifestation, sharaf, requires positive actions implemented to heighten social status and increase family honor. As Palestinian society retreats from its failure to infiltrate the daily life of Israeli citizens with death and destruction, it compensates by killing its own and depositing ird in its honor bank.

In short, obedience to Islam is ruining the lives of people all over.

But more from the Palestinians...they play with hand grenades, and some in the media (the ones who voted for John Kerry) are shocked - shocked! - that someone got hurt.

Oopsy.

Accidental grenade explosion kills two Palestinians

GAZA CITY (AFP) - Two Palestinians were killed and another seven, including a baby, wounded when a grenade accidentally exploded in the southern Gaza Strip.

Family members were playing with a grenade in the town of Khan Yunis when it exploded, killing 23-year-old Qassem Massud and his one-year-old niece, medical and security sources said Wednesday.

All the casualties were members of the same family.

Imagine - some schmuck picked up a LIVE GRENADE and took it home, where it BLEW UP.

Not too smart are those Palestinians. This may explain why they are so thrilled to blow themselves up - it saves everyone else the cost of unemployment.

Downies Start to Question Hillary for President in 2008

We have noted for some time that liberals are questioning having Hillary Clinton as their presidential candidate in 2008.

Their beef? She is not liberal enough for the party because of her stand on Iraq. Now, some Downies are saying that she is too liberal for the rest of the nation.

Too liberal, not liberal enough. What to do?

Democrats wavering on Hillary for president in 2008

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Some Democrats are having second thoughts about Hillary Clinton as their 2008 presidential candidate, wracked by doubts about her cross-party appeal, and disappointed by her position on US troops in Iraq.

Those reservations were given expression last week at a forum in Washington of liberal Democrats, where the New York senator was roundly booed when she expressed her opposition to setting a date for withdrawing US troops from Iraq.

[...]

While liberals find her far too right-leaning on the hot-button issue of Iraq, conservatives have stamped Clinton as a liberal who would favor big government "tax and spend" politics and lenient social policies.

Although still the hands-down favorite for her party's nomination, Clinton's stance in the debate leaves her newly vulnerable, pundits said.

"Maybe she's a bit overconfident about the nomination. She's running a general election strategy ... she wants to stay moderate," said Sabato said.

"I think she's going to have a much harder time getting the nomination than she thinks."

He predicted one challenge will be locking up the votes of centrist Democrats, with whom he said she has an even bigger problem than with left.

"There's a broader group who would never boo her ... They all seem to say, 'Oh, I love Hillary, I think she's terrific. But of course, we can't nominate her because she can't win the general election'," said Sabato.

Yeah, this is a problem, as seen by this new poll which the MSM conveniently ignored.

Poll: Clinton gets high 'no' vote for 2008

With the presidential election more than two years away, a CNN poll released Monday suggests that nearly half of Americans would "definitely not vote for" Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose name repeatedly tops lists of potential 2008 Democratic candidates.

Respondents were asked whether they would "definitely vote for," "consider voting for," or "definitely not vote for" three Democrats and three Republicans who might run for president in 2008.

Regarding potential Democratic candidates, 47 percent of respondents said they would "definitely not vote for" both Clinton, the junior senator from New York who is running for re-election this year, and Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts, the party's candidate in 2004.

Forty-eight percent said the same of former Vice President Al Gore, who has repeatedly denied he intends to run again for president.

Eek! So, this means that Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, AND Al Gore cannot win in 2008.

This leaves Howdy Doody as the only Downie you can win in 2008.

Well, we have a story to tell - and it is not a nice one.

Dear ABC News,

Global warming is affecting me and my family in many ways.

First, this past winter was quite warm - we only had 10 feet of snow instead of the normal 12. My wife and I hurt ourselves shoveling the aforementioned snow, but because of global warming there was less snow, so we were thankful for that. Of course, that means that we after we hurt ourselves we did not have to pay neighborhood children as much to shovel the less snow that fell, so we also saved money as well. We also saved money because we used less heating oil to heat our home during the warmer winter.

Since the weather has gotten warmer, me and my wife have decided to get out of the house more - now, we walk the 2 miles to our local supermarket instead of driving, saving us money on gasoline...and you know how much gasoline is! We also wear thinner clothing, and we use a nice fan instead of air conditioning.

Here in Florida, the warmer weather allows both of us to play more golf, so we can exercise at the same time we see and have a good time with our friends. The golf course is 6 miles from our home, too far away to walk, but we carpool with our friends, againt saving on gasoline. We barbecue more outside, saving money on fuel.

Although I have yet to see Al Gore's film on global warming, I will see it because I want Mr. Gore to know how much I appreciate how much the slight rise in temperature has contributed to the betterment of mine and my wife's lives.

Please share my story with others - from what I have heard from my friends, the small increase (about 2 degrees) in the temperature since 1900 has also made their lives better, as well.

Yours,

________ __________

We really submitted this!

The New York Times: The Stock Goes Down and Down and Down and Down and Down and Down...

Not much to say here, except that we have been warning of this for months. For those of you holding on to NY Times stock, tough going. For those of you who don't:

HAHAHAHA!

All the Times that's fit to sell

The Gray Lady needs to get hitched soon, or else she might wind up an old maid.

That's right, the venerable New York Times Co., which also owns the Boston Globe and International Herald Tribune, would be wise to succumb to the urge to merge in the rapidly consolidating newspaper business.

Let's face it, Wall Street is not overly confident about the company's growth prospects. Sure, the entire newspaper industry has taken a tumble due to concerns about how more and more readers (and advertisers) are shunning ink for online publications.

But shares of the New York Times (Charts) have underperformed its peers, falling 11.5 percent this year and 27 percent in the past 12 months, compared to a 3.5 percent drop in 2006 for the S&P Publishing index and 8 percent decline during the past 12 months.

Check out the graph on the stock which is titled "bad news."

This couldn't happen to a nicer group of leftwing assholes.

Former Clinton Secretary of Defense: Bomb North Korean Missile NOW

William Perry, who served as Bill Clinton's Secretary of Defense, is calling on the US to bomb the North Korean missile set to be launched - right on the pad.

If Necessary, Strike and Destroy

North Korean technicians are reportedly in the final stages of fueling a long-range ballistic missile that some experts estimate can deliver a deadly payload to the United States. The last time North Korea tested such a missile, in 1998, it sent a shock wave around the world, but especially to the United States and Japan, both of which North Korea regards as archenemies. They recognized immediately that a missile of this type makes no sense as a weapon unless it is intended for delivery of a nuclear warhead.

A year later North Korea agreed to a moratorium on further launches, which it upheld -- until now. But there is a critical difference between now and 1998. Today North Korea openly boasts of its nuclear deterrent, has obtained six to eight bombs' worth of plutonium since 2003 and is plunging ahead to make more in its Yongbyon reactor. The six-party talks aimed at containing North Korea's weapons of mass destruction have collapsed.

Should the United States allow a country openly hostile to it and armed with nuclear weapons to perfect an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of delivering nuclear weapons to U.S. soil? We believe not. The Bush administration has unwisely ballyhooed the doctrine of "preemption," which all previous presidents have sustained as an option rather than a dogma. It has applied the doctrine to Iraq, where the intelligence pointed to a threat from weapons of mass destruction that was much smaller than the risk North Korea poses. (The actual threat from Saddam Hussein was, we now know, even smaller than believed at the time of the invasion.) But intervening before mortal threats to U.S. security can develop is surely a prudent policy.

Therefore, if North Korea persists in its launch preparations, the United States should immediately make clear its intention to strike and destroy the North Korean Taepodong missile before it can be launched. This could be accomplished, for example, by a cruise missile launched from a submarine carrying a high-explosive warhead. The blast would be similar to the one that killed terrorist leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi in Iraq. But the effect on the Taepodong would be devastating.

Of course, Perry cannot use his column without bashing President Bush on Iraq, or saying that "preemption" is bad, but should be used here.

We await the reaction of the liberal websites to Perry's suggestion to bomb the missile.

More Perverted Leftwing Sickness from the Psychos at Dummies Underground

We could explain all day about the obviously disturbed nuts at Dummies Underground, but we will just stand back and let them prove it to you.

Their latest psychosis? They believe that there was no second plane that hit the World Trade Center - and that a video proves this.

The proof that a plane struck the tower and helped to bring it down, seen by thousands in New York City and millions on television, is not apparent to these loons.

Fakity Fake 2nd Hit Footage

Check out this seriously bizarre supposedly "live" footage from the morning of 9/11.

The most telling thing about the clip is the consecutive series of zoom-ins (four zoom-ins) right before the plane comes in-- the opening very wide shot shows no plane but when they finally zoom in very tight on the towers, all of a sudden the plane appears!

I think this is pretty good proof that the second plane was a digital fake. The plane SHOULD have been seen in the wide shot-- it only magically appears in the last tight zoom-in.

There it is, folks - pure nonsense bullshit bullcrap nutsery.

However, we have one question to pose to these fruitpies:

If the second plane is a fake, how do you explain seeing it approach the 2nd WTC tower and then explode?

Yep - it looks fake to us, too.

That's why 3,000 people died - fake videos.

Man Killed in Supermarket Shooting; He Did it Because He is a __________ (Shhhhhh!)

Some nut flipped his beany in Denver this week and killed 2 people in a Safeway distribution center before cops shot him.

Remembering, as best we all can, the 7 darling boys arrested in Miami this past week for conspiring to bomb the shit out of lots of buildings in America, and recalling the information that all 7 were _______ (the name of that unspeakable cult which has members blow themselves to kingdom come), we can turn to this story, and see a...well, a parallel.

The ________ Thought Police, however, have warned us not to mention the "religion" of the Denver shooter, so we will let the story do it for us:

Suspect, Victims In Safeway Shooting Rampage Identified

An investigation is under way to determine why a Safeway warehouse employee walked into work and opened fire on his coworkers Sunday afternoon, killing one person and injuring five, including a Denver police officer.

The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Michael Julius Ford, was shot and killed during a shootout with SWAT officers inside the massive Safeway Denver Distribution Center, located near Interstate 70 and Colorado Boulevard.

He shot randomly at coworkers, and when he shot SWAT officer Derick Dominguez, the other SWAT team heard Dominguez cry out, and fired back at Ford, police said.

"(Ford) was unprovoked and shot Officer Dominguez unprovoked. That's when the other officers came to Dominguez' aid and were shot at," Denver police Chief Gerry Whitman said at a Monday afternoon press conference. "They were exchanging quite a few rounds in there ... He shot at us six times and we returned fire 17 rounds. So, it was a gun battle that he started."

Ford was struck by seven bullets, Whitman said.

Who Was Michael Ford?

Ford's mother and sister told a local TV reporter that Ford wasn't the type of person to hurt anyone but that he had complained that he was being teased at work because he's a Muslim. However, police said that they couldn't find any motive for the shootings and had not heard about the possible religious conflict that his family say may have provoked the attack.

At the family home, located about five minutes from the Safeway plant, Ford's uncle and older brother told 7NEWS that Ford is a quiet, unassuming, responsible man who was born and raised in Denver. They don't know where he got the weapon or the anger to execute the deadly shooting.

"I never would have expected Michael ... that this would happen to Michael," said Ford's uncle, Roy Ford. "He was a good kid, never got in trouble, never gang-related that I know, and I've known him since birth. He was always a good kid that you would love to talk to and to meet."

So, here's a summation:

Good kid. Never in trouble until now. Hard worker. No gang ties.

But there is that ______ thingy. Once he joined, it was downhill from there. Now he has killed 2 people and lies dead himself.

The cult known as _____ can count 3 more victims of its insideous cancer.

More Good News from the Islamic World: Palestinian Terror Group Claims to Have "Chemical and Biological Weapons"

Just when you think that the subhumans known as the Palestinians could sink no lower, then this shit comes out: the "Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades," one of their better known civilian-murdering terrorist groups, is now claiming that it has chemical and biological weeapons.

The question now is: what will Israel do to counter this? Will they allow these Islamic murderers to now fire chemical shells at Israeli civilians? Poison their water? What else?

Al-Aksa claims chemical capabilities

The Aksa Martyrs Brigades announced on Sunday that its members have succeeded in manufacturing chemical and biological weapons.

In a leaflet distributed in the Gaza Strip, the group, which belongs to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah Party, said the weapons were the result of a three-year effort.

According to the statement, the first of its kind, the group has managed to manufacture and develop at least 20 different types of biological and chemical weapons.

The group said its members would not hesitate to add the new weapons to Kassam rockets that are being fired at Israeli communities almost every day. It also threatened to use the weapons against IDF soldiers if Israel carried out its threats to invade the Gaza Strip.

"We want to tell [Prime Minister Ehud] Olmert and [Defense Minister Amir] Peretz that your threats don't frighten us," the leaflet said.

Hmmm...they have been working on this for three years - while Israel was leaving the Gaza Strip to try to revive the peace process.

That's what you get from those peaceful Palestinians*: you work to bring peace to the region, and they are electing terrorists to head their government or manufacturing chemical and biological weapons.

And the world wants these Islamic pieces of crap to have a state of their own.

*Yeah, right.

The Disturbed Motherfuckers at Dummies Underground Are Afraid of Being Labeled as "Terrorists"

For those who know anything about Dummies Underground, one of the most violently disturbed sites for leftwing paranoia and psychoses, the following will come as no surprise - but it is sickening nonetheless.

7 American Muslims were arrested in Miami for trying to get together weaponry to blow up buildings in the United States.

And the Dummies' reaction? "How long before they come for us"!

(With any hope, it won't be too long at all.)

How long before any of us here at DU is called a "Home Grown Terrorist"

How long before they just arrest one, or a group of us DU'ers on the flimsiest of excuses?

How long before these out of control, jack-booted thugs that care nothing about the real security of our country tears apart one of our lives? How long before they take the hard drive out of one of our computers and uses it to show on a 7 by 24 basis, on all the cable news channels, all the emails to subversive home grown terrorist organizations such as the ACLU, or the NAACP that we constantly send out?

How long before one of the 90000+ members here at DU gets a knock at their door, and their bank accounts picked through, and show just how we have given money to terrorist sleeper cells like Moveon.org or Salon.com?

How long before this shit happens to one of us, and we lose our jobs because we are suddenly guilty until proven innocent, and just don't have the money or the credit to bail out of jail for a month? Then, when the judge finally tosses out the case because there is ZERO evidence what so ever, and your life is still no less destroyed anyway, and they say, oops...sorry. Of course THAT won't be on any of the cable news shows.

Fuck this sucks. I hate what we have become in this fucking country. This is the shit we used to look down on the Iron Curtain countries for.

The smell of leftwing paranoia is of such a stench that corpses in full rigor smell like roses compared to them.

And this group of nutjobs wants to run this country.

God help us if they ever get the chance.

Little Johnny Downwards' 2004 Campaign Fined for Campaign Donation Violations; MSM Takes a Pass on Story

2 of Little Johnny Downwards' campaign contributors from his 2004 "I am a Moron" campaign for President have been fined by the FEC for violating the law.

Nancy Pelosi (D-Nutjob) had no comment, except to say that Republicans have a "culture of corruption" in Washington.

Edwards, Attorney Fined For Illegal Contributions

The Federal Election Commission says Arkansas fundraisers for John Edwards' 2004 presidential campaign broke campaign finance laws, and a settlement has now been reached in the case.

Tab Turner and his North Little Rock firm Turner & Associates will pay $50,000 in the settlement, and the Edwards campaign will pay $9,500.

The case relates to two fundraisers held in Arkansas in January 2003. The FEC said Thursday that Turner and his firm violated federal law when they made contributions with corporate money in others' names, used corporate resources to funnel contributions to Edwards' campaign and made banned corporate in-kind contributions.

The law firm says it doesn't agree with all the conclusions reached by the FEC, but says it's pleased to have worked out a resolution.

Edwards lost his campaign for the Democratic nomination to John Kerry, and later was Kerry's running mate in his unsuccessful 2004 race against George W. Bush.

Little Johnny is back on the campaign trail hoping to somehow get more dimwits Downies to vote for him next time. Maybe he can pay them off.

Ugly and Liberal Crooked College Head Kills Herself

This is breaking news...an exceptionally ugly liberal has killed herself after being implicated in massive corruption.

Embattled college chancellor dies in fall; suicide suspected

SAN FRANCISCO — A University of California chancellor who once headed the University of Washington's College of Engineering died Saturday in an apparent suicide jump from a 43-story apartment building, authorities said.

Denice Dee Denton, 46, the chancellor of the Santa Cruz campus, apparently jumped from the Paramount apartment building around 8 a.m. and landed on a parking garage, police and university officials said.

The Medical Examiner's office and a university spokesman confirmed her death, though the cause was still under investigation.

And here's a shot of her face:

Wow...is that one ugly wench?

What is amazing is that her hairdo didn't serve as some sort of trampoline to break her fall.

Eee God is she ugly.

Six Downies Arrested in Tennessee for Stuffing the Ballot Box; the MSM Turns Its Head and Half-Heartedly Reports the Story

Liberals like to make themselves feel better about losing election after election with such bitter malarkey as "the vote in Ohio was fixed" in 2004, or "Bush stole Florida" in 2000, or some such other rubbish. If liberals and Downies lose, it is because the vote was rigged.

But, when those same losers are doing the rigging, the media likes to say "nothing to see here - ignore this story as it has no importance even though we are forced to cover it."

Too funny.

3 Poll Workers, 3 Felons Charged in Tenn.

Three poll workers accused of casting ballots in the name of dead voters were among six people indicted on charges of violating election laws in a state Senate race, a prosecutor announced Wednesday.

Prosecutor Bill Gibbons said his investigation found no evidence of a widespread conspiracy to throw the election to either candidate.

Democrat Ophelia Ford was certified the winner over Republican Terry Roland by 13 votes last September. The state Senate overturned the election this year amid allegations of irregularities.

"There was an effort on the part of certain individuals ... to cast some illegal votes for Miss Ford. But I stress that there is nothing to indicate that she knew anything about that," Gibbons said.

None of those indicted worked for either of the campaigns and neither candidate has been accused of wrongdoing, officials said.

The poll workers are charged with official misconduct. Three felons who cast ballots also were charged with violating election laws. All the counts are felonies.

Usually, when you have a story about a crime, the names of the suspects are listed, unless they are juveniles. And these don't appear to be juveniles. So, the question is: who are the 6 people arrested? And what, pray tell, is their party affilation?

We would like to make a guess: we bet they are not Republicans.

Any word, Mr. Prosecutor? Or are you going to just sweep this one under the rug and forget about it?

Update:

We have discovered that Ophelia Ford, the lying sack of shit whose "election" was thrown out because of this fraud, is the aunt of Rep. Harold Ford, Downie of Tennesee, now running for Senator Bill Frist's open Senate seat - a fact conveniently left out of this story. Interesting, eh?

Well, Harold Ford's father - and the brother of Ophelia Ford - is threatening the newspaper which broke this story with a $100 million lawsuit if they do not retract the story.

Ford Sr. Plans $100 Million Dollar Suit Against Dead Voter Story

Since leaving office former Congressman Harold Ford Senior has settled down in South Florida. But when he wants to be heard he speaks out loud and clear. This time against the Commercial Appeal.

"Commercial Appeal you've got to put up or shut up," says the Ford patriarch.

The Commercial Appeal broke the story several months ago of dead voters voting in the now highly contested September 15th election that put his sister Ophelia into office.

Ford believes the newspaper story and editorials have been the basis of the T.B.I. investigation and now the election showdown in Nashville and Memphis.

"The Commercial Appeal you've got to prove this or your liable, there's malice involved here," says Ford.

Ford even goes one step further accusing Republicans of being behind this whole thing. "The Republican Party set it all up, they voted these two dead people, to put it in on the Fords to have a eulogy for the Fords."

Shelby County Republican Chairman Bill Giannini says the charge is ludicrous and wants Ford to prove it. "The Fords think they own that seat," says Giannini. They believe that they are entitled to the seat."

Ford, Sr. sounds like just another paranoid blackjob.

However, let's hope that he sues. That should cost his son the US Senate seat he so dearly wishes to have to launch a presidential run in 2012.

Some Friendly American Muslim Scumbags Arrested in Terror Plot

7 Black Muslims were arrested right here in Miami on Thursday for plotting to blow up, among other places, the Sears Tower in Chicago and the FBI building in Miami. Now we discover to our "shock and horror" that American-born Muslims are working to destroy this country from within, as Muslims from around the world work to destroy it from the outside.

But the story here is not about the arrests of these 7 American Muslim pieces of shit - no, the story is the reaction to the arrests by those wonderful Muslim organizations in the United States that are allowed to defend the human excrement of their cult while raising money for Islamic terrorists worldwide. Top of the hit parade: the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Their reaction is, well, a bit disappointing. But it is hilarious. And they don't "CAIR."

CAIR: US Muslims React to Miami Terror Arrests

On June 23, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will hold a news conference in Miami to offer the Muslim community's reaction to the recent arrest of seven individuals in that city who were allegedly planning to carry out terror attacks nationwide. CAIR's news conference will be held immediately following a briefing by government officials.

CAIR National Board Chairman Parvez Ahmed said: "The American Muslim community is extremely concerned about these disturbing reports. We stand with local and national law enforcement authorities in seeking to keep our nation safe and secure." Ahmed added that CAIR is urging police departments nationwide to step up patrols near mosques and other Islamic Institutions to help prevent any possible backlash resulting from these arrests.

Understand now? 7 men who "happen to be Muslims" were plotting major terrorist attacks in this country. And CAIR, one of the worst pro-terrorist groups in the US, whose very words and acts incite terror and support it wholesale, is worried that some mosques "and other Islamic Institutions" could be attacked.

The problem is that Muslims in this country have never been attacked. If any other country with a non-Muslim majority was under assault the way we are in America, they would have risen up and thrown their Muslims out, and burned their mosques down to the ground. But we are "tolerant." And CAIR is using their cover to make the rest of us feel guilty that their fellow Islamic nutcases are plotting to kill thousands of Americans in one fell swoop.

"Piece of Shit Mom" Cindy Sheehan to Undergo Hunger Strike; No One Cares

Turdsucking anti-American lowlife Cindy Sheehan says that she will start a hunger strike to protest the war in Iraq.

Here's how to counter this: someone should eat a large sandwich right in front of her while yelling "This food is FUCKING DELICIOUS!"

Celebs to Join Cindy Sheehan in Hunger Strike

Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan announced Wednesday that she plans to begin an "open-ended hunger strike" on July 4 to urge the Bush administration to bring troops home from Iraq.

"We hope the fast will galvanize public attention, invigorate the peace movement, build pressure on elected officials, and get our troops back home," Sheehan said in a statement posted on the anti-war blogosphere.

The fast, organized by Code Pink and Sheehan's Gold Star Families for Peace, will begin on Independence Day in Washington, D.C. In her statement Sheehan said she would move the fast to Crawford, Texas, where the president owns a ranch and often vacations.

There it is - you all know that President Bush will say, "I want to keep the troops in Iraq, but to spare Ms. Sheehan from starving to death I will bring them home immediately."

We have a better chance of meeting Abraham Lincoln next week than of that happening.

Here's what we wish to happen: Let Cindy starve. Let her keep it up until she croaks. Then she will be gone and the rest of us can stop listening to her incessant whining, once and for all.

More Nice News from the World of Peaceful Islam

Those peaceful Muslims* are at it again, fucking up the entire world for the rest of us.

Now they are destroying children - in Senegal.

Will nothing be done to counter this kind of garbage? Nothing?

U.N.: Koranic schools in Senegal fuel child trafficking

DAKAR, Senegal (Reuters) -- In a dirty white T-shirt hanging down to his knees, 4-year-old Harouna Balde begs for coins in bare feet among the traffic on the polluted streets of Dakar.

Holding a rusty begging tin that is the trademark of the "talibes" -- students at Senegal's Koranic schools -- Balde says he must take back money or face a beating from his religious teacher, or marabout.

"I must bring back 500 francs ($0.90) every day to my master or face punishment," says the tiny boy. He travels from his squalid daara, or religious school, in the distant suburb of Thiaroye to beg all day in the city center.

Balde is one of an estimated 100,000 children begging on the streets of Senegal, according to U.N. officials -- most of them sent out by their religious teachers.

The begging is a modern corruption of a Senegalese tradition, which allowed poor rural families to provide their children with a basic education and sometimes send them to towns where they might have greater opportunities.

Now, the booming industry has become so successful that children are smuggled from neighboring Mali, Gambia or Mauritania to beg in Dakar, U.N. child agency UNICEF said. Balde was separated from his parents in Guinea Bissau.

"The problem is mushrooming," said Jean-Claude Legrand, West and Central Africa child protection officer with UNICEF, in an interview ahead of Friday's Day of the African Child.

Now children are being beaten if they do not fund radical Islam.

Maybe the rest of the human race can do something to stop this. But as each day passes and we as a part of the human race allow this to continue, we will be slowly consumed by it - and we will have a world ruled by radical Islam and shari'a law.

And then the human race will be doomed. And it will be our own fault because we could have stopped it when we had a chance.

*Yeah, right.

Karl Rove STILL not Indicted; Leftist Imbeciles Claim He Was

The question about holding on to a story is always one of judgment: if you have none, you will stick with a story no matter how bad or wrong it is.

This past week, we covered the story on Karl Rove's clearing in the fake Plame outing story - yet, despite this, a site called truthout.org, which announced (to some fanfare) in May that Rove was indicted, has refused to concede that, well, they were dead wrong.

It has been a week now. The response from the leftwing morons?

The story is correct - and Rove was indicted.

You heard it right.

Returning to "06 cr 128"

What will follow will be a rather frank discussion of our reporting of and involvement in the Rove indictment matter. If you like simple answers or quick resolutions, turn back now. This is our report to our readership. Our primary sources for this report are career federal law enforcement and federal government officials speaking on condition of anonymity. This report was developed under the supervision of all of Truthout's senior editors, which should be taken as an indication that we view this matter with the utmost seriousness.

For the record, we did reach Kimberly Nerheim, a spokesperson for Patrick Fitzgerald, and asked her these questions: Did a grand jury return an indictment of Karl Rove? Did Patrick Fitzgerald send a fax to Robert Luskin similar to that described in recent press reports? Is Patrick Fitzgerald's probe of the Plame matter still ongoing? Her response to each question was identical: "I have no comment."

The Rove indictment story is way beyond - in terms of complexity - any other story we have ever covered. In essence, we found out something we were not supposed to find out, and things exploded from there. We were not prepared for the backlash.

On Tuesday, June 13, when the mainstream media broke their stories that Karl Rove had been exonerated, there were frank discussions amongst our senior editors about retracting our stories outright. The problem we wrestled with was what exactly do we retract? Should we say that Rove had not in fact been indicted? Should we say that our sources provided us with false or misleading information? Had Truthout been used? Without a public statement from Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald we felt that it was premature to retract our report.

After spending the past month retracing our steps and confirming facts, we've come full circle. Our sources continue to maintain that a grand jury has in fact returned an indictment. Our sources said that parts of the indictment were read to Karl Rove and his attorney on Friday, May 12, 2006. Last week, we pointed to a sealed federal indictment, case number "06 cr 128," which is still sealed and we are still pointing to it. During lengthy conversations with our sources over the past month, they reiterated that the substance of our report on May 13, 2006, was correct, and immediately following our report, Karl Rove's status in the CIA leak probe changed. In summary, as we press our investigation we find indicators that more of our key facts are correct, not less.

[...]

Yes, it does appear that Truthout was used, but not lied to or misled. The facts appear to have been accurate.

There is the new liberal standard:

It never happened? We believe it did. No facts? We have sources who tell us of different facts. The facts are accurate, even if the story is proven to be completely false.

This is what caused Danny Blather to get his balls caught in a vice over the fake Bush memos in 2004. Now these leftists cannot handle the truth, and cling to bullshit.

This is what people call delusional. And leftists suffer from it on a regular basis.

The Dixie Chickenshits: Questioning Americans' Patriotism

The Dixie Chickenshits, the 3 member country music group composed of 3 untalented anti-American sickos, is at it again: this time, they are questioning the patriotism of Americans.

The question arises: why are they still in this country asking us to buy their crappy albums if they hate this country so much?

How the Chicks survived their scrap with Bush

The Chicks can't hide their disgust at the lack of support they received from other country performers. "A lot of artists cashed in on being against what we said or what we stood for because that was promoting their career, which was a horrible thing to do," says Robison.

"A lot of pandering started going on, and you'd see soldiers and the American flag in every video. It became a sickening display of ultra-patriotism."

"The entire country may disagree with me, but I don't understand the necessity for patriotism," Maines resumes, through gritted teeth. "Why do you have to be a patriot? About what? This land is our land? Why? You can like where you live and like your life, but as for loving the whole country… I don't see why people care about patriotism."

Here's the dish, you fuckhead:

You are patriotic because you love your country.

But for three sick assholes like yourselves who hate America, you cannot understand such simple things.

End of argument.

Growing Success: The Real Story in the War Against Islamic Terrorism

The MSM in American and around the world likes to report that we are losing the war on Islamic terrorism, and it is growing, getting new recruits, etc. In short, this is to make President Bush look bad - but we think they would be doing it anyway if a Downie was in the White House because it makes the liberals in the media feel good about a potential American, and thus western, defeat.

However, the real story is that we are winning the war on Islamic terrorism - and winning on many fronts. In an incredible story from the AP - which usually runs those "the US is losing" stories - the truth is revealed: Islamic terror is being driven backwards, all over the world.

Many in terrorists' 'next generation' dead

MADRID, Spain - They rose up quickly to take up Osama bin Laden's call for jihad, ruthless men in their 20s and 30s heralded as the next generation of global terror.

Two years later, 40 percent are dead, targets of a worldwide crackdown that claimed its biggest victory with the killing of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, al-Qaida's front man in Iraq.

Manhunts in Asia, Africa and Europe have pushed most of the rest deep underground — finding refuge in wartorn Somalia or the jungles of the southern Philippines. While there are still recruits ready to take up al-Qaida's call to arms, analysts say the newcomers have fewer connections than the men they are replacing, less training and sparser resources.

"There are more people popping up than are being put away," said Magnus Ranstorp, a terrorism expert at the Swedish National Defense College. "But the question is whether the new ones have the fortitude to take up the mantle and carry the struggle forward. I don't see that they have."

A 2004 Associated Press analysis named a dozen young terror suspects as front-line leaders, their hands stained with the blood of attacks from Bali to Baghdad, Casablanca to Madrid.

Al-Zarqawi, who sat atop the 2004 list as the biggest threat after bin Laden and his deputy Ayman al-Zawahri, died Wednesday when U.S. forces dropped two 500-pound bombs on his hideout northeast of Baghdad.

Tom Ridge, the former Homeland Security chief, cautioned Friday that governments can only reduce the risk from terrorism, not eliminate it.

"There will be a successor to bin Laden, as there will be a successor, unfortunately, to Zarqawi," he said in a speech in Paris. "There will be a successor to al-Qaida."

But Ranstorp said it was far from clear if al-Zarqawi's replacement will have the contacts, resources or capacity to match the dead leader's effectiveness at the helm of Iraqi insurgent forces.

"I'm not convinced that there is somebody ready to step in and fill Zarqawi's shoes," he said. "There may be, but it will take some time."

Globally, security forces have also had considerable success. Another four of the top 12 young militants in the 2004 list have met violent ends — in shootouts in Saudi Arabia, under U.S. bombardment in Iraq, or in an Algerian terror sweep. The seven who remain at large are on the run, and none has been able to match al-Zarqawi's success at launching large-scale attacks since mid-2004.

Counterterrorism officials warn that others have emerged as equally or more dangerous, and that the global fight against Islamic militancy is far from won. But tracking the fate of the "class of 2004" gives a rare insight into the landscape of Islamic militancy, and the short life expectancy of those who take up arms.

Joining al-Zarqawi in the list of dead militant leaders is Nabil Sahraoui, who took over the North African Salafist Group for Call and Combat in 2004 and announced that he was merging it with al-Qaida. Sahraoui did not have much time to savor his power play. The militant, who was in his 30s, was gunned down by Algerian troops that same year east of Algiers.

Habib Akdas, the accused ringleader of the 2003 bombings in Istanbul, Turkey, and another member of the class of 2004, died during the U.S. bombardment of the Iraqi city of Fallujah in November of that year, according to the testimony of an al-Qaida suspect in U.S. custody. Turkish security forces believe the account and say Akdas, who was also in his 30s, is dead.

Syrian-born Loa'i Mohammad Haj Bakr al-Saqa, who has emerged as an even more senior leader of the Istanbul bombings, but who was not included in the 2004 list of top terror suspects, is in a Turkish jail awaiting trial on terror charges.

Two other men who were on the 2004 list met their ends at the hands of security forces in Saudi Arabia.

Abdulaziz al-Moqrin, 30, who rose from high school dropout to become al-Qaida's leader in the kingdom, was cornered and killed by security forces in Riyadh in 2004, shortly after he masterminded the kidnapping and beheading of American engineer Paul M. Johnson.

In 2005, Saudi forces shot and killed Abdelkrim Mejjati, a Moroccan in his late 30s who was believed to have played a leading role in the May 2003 bombings in Casablanca that killed more than 30 people. Mejjati came from a privileged background, attending an exclusive French school in Morocco before turning to terrorism. He was sent to Saudi Arabia on bin Laden's orders, becoming one of the kingdom's most wanted men.

For most of those at large, life is anything but easy.

Why isn't the US media - or any media, for that matter - writing about this? Unless you saw this one article somewhere, none of this information is readily known. Why? What reason would there be not to let people know about these growing victories against Islamic terrorism - unless it is to make the world think we are losing this war?

BBC: Guantanamo Terrorists "Heroes"

The BBC, one of the triad of journalistic evil in the world for their rabid support of everything anti-American, anti-Israel, and anti-freedom, is at it again: now, in one of the worst measures of disgusting nods to terrorism, it calls those Muslim scumbags held in Guantanamo Bay "heroes."

For God's sake! Where do these losers come from?

Guantanamo suicides 'acts of war'

The suicides of three detainees at the US base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, amount to acts of war, the US military says.
The camp commander said the two Saudis and a Yemeni were "committed" and had killed themselves in "an act of asymmetric warfare waged against us".

Lawyers said the men who hanged themselves had been driven by despair.

[...]

William Goodman from the New York-based Center for Constitutional Rights told AFP news agency the three dead men were "heroes for those of us who believe in basic American values of justice, fairness and democracy".

Mr Goodman, whose organisation represents some 300 detainees, said the government had denied them that.

We can think of 3,000 innocent people murdered in one day in September 2001 who were denied "justice, fairness, and democracy" by the good buddies of these Muslim scumbags.

The shame is that they missed William Goodman when they were doing their religious works that day.

Dan Blather Quits CBS

Danny Blather, whose "I want to get George W. Bush" attitude caused him and his staff to report that they found memos - later proved to be fakes - that President Bush went AWOL while in the Texas Air National Guard, a story which cost him the anchor's chair and his entire staff their jobs, is leaving CBS.

Let's hope it is sooner "rather" than later.

Reports: Rather Says He's Leaving CBS

60 Minutes correspondent and former CBS Evening News anchor Dan Rather has told several publications that he will leave the network before his contract expires in November.

"Finishing details are being worked out for me to leave CBS News after 44 years," Mr. Rather said in a TelevisionWeek interview. He told the industry publication that he expects the negotiations over his departure to be completed quickly.

Good riddance, Blather!

Karl Rove NOT Indicted for Phony Plame Story; The Left Goes Apeshit

For months, the American Left has been predicting that Presidential advisor Karl Rove would be indicted for some crime in the Valerie Plame CIA leak case - perjury, or the leak itself, or, as the left said with no authority, some crime...because Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame's husband, wanted Rove "frog marched" out of the White House in handcuffs. Well, this week the shock of shocks occurred when Rove's lawyer was notified by Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald that Rove would NOT be indicted.

The Left has gone apeshit - and showed what moral degenerates they truly are.

Here is but a round-up of their silliness.

Over at Daily Kos, the far far left website where liberals like to make shit up and stay delusional, we have two wonderful reasons why liberals should never be in power in this country, ever again:

My Take on the Rove Announcement

My logic is this:

Dick Cheney is dragging down the White House. He is largely responsible for the mess in Iraq. He is trying to sabotage any attempts to negotiate honestly with Iran. And he is exposing everyone in the Administration to some serious legal jeopardy, in the event they ever lose control of courts. At some point, Dick Cheney's authoritarianism will doom Bush's legacy.

But you can't make him quit. His is a Constitutional office, he was elected along with Bush, so you can't make him resign like you can with your Treasury Secretary or your Environmental Secretary. What better way to get rid of him, then, than to expose him to legal proceedings? It gives you the ability (farcical, but no matter) to say that you have severed all ties with his policies and legacies.

Good logic: Rove was not indicted so that he could aid in indicting VP Dick Cheney. And Bush wants this so he can "get rid" of Cheney.

And this comes from the enemies of Bush and Cheney. Definitely top flight sources, of course.

But, so we can continue to entertain, some more from the assorted nuts and loons at Daily Kos:

Intent to deceive can be inferred

It doesn't have to be all laid out like stepping stones across a pond.

One or two stones can be missing, and people can still make an intuitive leap to the next stone.

Hell, many people have been executed in this country on circumstantial evidence much more flimsy than what Fitzgerald has to work with.

It's a triumph of a nit-picking, fact-obsessed mentality that refuses to make any intuitive leaps or take any risks.

Every last "T" has to be crossed and "I" dotted, or it's no go.

Justice loses, and as Dean said, so does America.

Understand this? In short, this psycho believes that if Fitzgerald thought Rove is guilty, then he should have been indicted. No proof beyond a reasonable doubt, no proof at all - just a feeling, a surmise, and a belief.

The new liberal standard...unless it happens when one Bill Clinton lies to a grand jury.

But, let's not get ahead of ourselves here. After all, one loonytune liberal site reported a month ago - in an alleged exclusive - that Rove had already been indicted and that the indictment was sealed.

Wait - you heard right. An alleged news site reporting something a month ago that was this week proven to be made up out of whole cloth.

Karl Rove Indicted on Charges of Perjury, Lying to Investigators

Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald spent more than half a day Friday at the offices of Patton Boggs, the law firm representing Karl Rove.

During the course of that meeting, Fitzgerald served attorneys for former Deputy White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove with an indictment charging the embattled White House official with perjury and lying to investigators related to his role in the CIA leak case, and instructed one of the attorneys to tell Rove that he has 24 business hours to get his affairs in order, high level sources with direct knowledge of the meeting said Saturday morning.

Robert Luskin, Rove's attorney, did not return a call for comment. Sources said Fitzgerald was in Washington, DC, Friday and met with Luskin for about 15 hours to go over the charges against Rove, which include perjury and lying to investigators about how and when Rove discovered that Valerie Plame Wilson was a covert CIA operative and whether he shared that information with reporters, sources with direct knowledge of the meeting said.

Of course, the news that Rove was not indicted renders this story as pure horseshit, right? A retraction is coming, right?

Not so fast, pardner.

What's coming is...hold on for the laughter...that Rove WAS indicted, but that the indictment is sealed pending something.

What, the moron who wrote this refuses to say.

Sealed vs. Sealed

Four weeks ago, during the time when we reported that White House political adviser Karl Rove was indicted for crimes related to his role in the leak of covert CIA operative Valerie Plame Wilson, the grand jury empanelled in the case returned an indictment that was filed under seal in US District Court for the District of Columbia under the curious heading of Sealed vs. Sealed.

As of Friday afternoon that indictment, returned by the grand jury the week of May 10th, remains under seal - more than a month after it was handed up by the grand jury.

The case number is "06 cr 128." On the federal court's electronic database, "06 cr 128" is listed along with a succinct summary: "No further information is available."

We have not seen the contents of the indictment "06 cr 128". But the fact that this indictment was returned by the grand jury hearing evidence in the CIA leak case on a day that Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald met with the grand jury raised a number of questions about the identity of the defendant named in the indictment, whether it relates to the leak case, and why it has been under seal for a month under the heading Sealed vs. Sealed.

Yep, it's that old "sealed vs. unsealed" canard that lawyers like to play all the time.

Actually, what needs to happen is that the Left get back on their meds - and fast.

A Missive from John Kerry, Chief of the "We Want America to Lose the War on Terror" Crowd

John Kerry (DuMass) has sent a kind and gentle letter, outlining his ridiculous plan to try to get American forces out of Iraq immediately - in short, to say "We won!" and then run with our tails between our legs. Kerry has always been a proponent for surrender, but for some reason, despite being defeated for the presidency on just such a platform, he believes it was such a winner in 2004 that it is time to dust it off and run on it again in 2006.

Well, DuMass Johnny sent us his thoughts. Although there is no link, we wanted to share it with all of you who do not have access to the rantings of this psychotic loon who almost became the leader of the free world.

Dear ______,

No American leader can remain silent on Iraq. [Well, we can only hope you at least try! - Ed.]

The outcome of what is now a civil war in Iraq cannot be determined by American military force. It has to be solved by Iraqis brought together to hammer out their differences. Period. It is time for Iraqis to stand up for Iraq.

Our soldiers are fighting and dying in the third war in Iraq -- not the war for mythical weapons of mass destruction or the war President Bush said had to be fought against armies of foreign jihadists, but an escalating civil war between Sunni and Shia.

[Wait...third war? We've fought three wars in Iraq? Since when? - Ed.]

Meanwhile, dissent and debate are being stifled here at home. It's time to act -- and this week, perhaps as early as tomorrow, every U.S. Senator will have that chance.

[Hold on! Debate is being stifled? Dissent is being stifled? You have been told to shut up? You've been arrested? Can you show us one person who has? Just one? - Ed.]

In the next 24 hours, it is likely that the Senate will vote on my amendment which calls for the withdrawal of American combat troops from Iraq by the end of this year. For months, you and I have been pressing for this step. We've made it clear that we needed to set deadlines in Iraq -- and with the formation of an Iraqi unity government and the killing of Al-Zarqawi, this is a moment of truth in Iraq.

[And the vote will be AGAINST you, DuMass. Shove that up your nostril and smoke it. - Ed.]

Now a critical vote is at hand. Our brave soldiers have done their work. It's time to put the future of Iraq in the hands of the Iraqi people.

[`Brave soldiers' my ASS. These are the same "brave soldiers" that your party accuses of war crimes and compares to Nazis. Yeah, right. - Ed.]

I don't know how many Senators will stand with me on this vote. [Not many. Wanna bet about 40? - Ed.]

But, I do know this: pushing the Iraqi government to coordinate with us on withdrawal of U.S. combat troops and pressing for the convening of a Dayton-like summit to reach a comprehensive political agreement for Iraq is the right thing to do. And we can't stop working for that outcome until we make it a reality.

Every Senator that chooses to stand with us will add momentum to our call for an end to the misguided and self-defeating policies of the Bush administration.

Changing America's course in Iraq is one of the toughest political challenges you and I have ever taken on. But, we won't relent until we get the job done -- and we have to make the most of every opportunity to make ourselves heard.

[The "job" to get done is to win, not to surrender, asshole. It appears you want to complete the latter job, not the former. - Ed.]

I will be making myself heard on the floor of the United States Senate -- loudly and clearly. You can make our call for a dramatic change in direction even louder and clearer. Please don't hesitate before acting.

Sincerely,

John Kerry

Well, there it is: one more letter of "let's surrender and hope the terrorists won't notice that we are chickenshit cowards" from the American Left.

The stench of failure and hatred of America is so sickening from losers like Kerry.

Dead Muslim Scumbag Terrorist Roundup

This site always celebrates when a Muslim Scumbag Terrorist (MST) is murdered, killed, hit by a train, thrown into a mine, or just stepped on. So when we heard early this morning that Muslim Piece of Crap Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was sent packing to the hell in which he so richly belongs, one could hear the civilized world rise up and scream a yell of celebration at the death of this refuse.

But in those areas not civilized...in those areas where...need we say it?...Muslims either are a majority or run the show, you can see that they are not celebrating the death of Zarqawi, but mourning.

Who could this be? Well, those peaceful Palestinians*, for one.

Hamas mourns death of Al Zarqawi in 'savage crusade campaign'

The ruling Palestinian faction Hamas on Thursday deplored the killing by U.S. warplanes of the al Qaeda leader in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, describing him as a casualty of a crusade against Arabs and Muslims.

Hamas had distanced itself in the past from violence abroad blamed on al Qaeda, but in a statement faxed to Reuters after Zarqawi was killed in a U.S. air strike north of Baghdad on Wednesday,it said it mourned the Jordanian-born insurgent as a "martyr of the (Muslim Arab) nation".

"With hearts full of faith, Hamas commends brother-fighter Abu Musab ... who was martyred at the hands of the savage crusade campaign which targets the Arab homeland, starting in Iraq," the statement said.

Wanna see the protests? Well, here they are in all their shitty Muslim glory:

Palestinians demonstrate in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip late Thursday, June 8, 2006 to protest a US air raid in which Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the al-Qaida-linked militant who led a bloody campaign of suicide bombings, kidnappings and hostage beheadings in Iraq, was killed. (AP Photo/Khalil Hamra)

However, never let any opportunity for the American Left go unspent...and watch as some of their dimmer elements actually call killing this Muslim terrorist a stunt.

If it were not so sickening, it would be hilarious.

Democrats call Zarqawi killing a stunt

Some Democrats, breaking ranks from their leadership, today said the death of terrorist leader Abu Musab Zarqawi in Iraq was a stunt to divert attention from an unpopular and hopeless war.

"This is just to cover Bush's [rear] so he doesn't have to answer" for Iraqi civilians being killed by the U.S. military and his own sagging poll numbers, said Rep. Pete Stark, California Democrat. "Iraq is still a mess -- get out."

Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich, Ohio Democrat, said Zarqawi was a small part of "a growing anti-American insurgency" and that it's time to get out.

"We're there for all the wrong reasons," Mr. Kucinich said.

Officially, Democratic leaders reacted positively to the news and praised the troops that successfully targeted al Qaeda's leader in Iraq with 500-pound bombs at his safe house 30 miles from Baghdad.

How nice! The official line is "great that we got him," but the unofficial line is "this is just a stunt."

And these jokers wish to run this country. God help us if they get their chance.

Aw...Let's Remember that Man of Peace, that Wonderful Human Being, Ayatollah Khomeini

Leave it to the BBC...they post a full page of pictures, memories, thoughts about that Islamic thug and mass murderer Ayatollah Khomeini.

Aw, shucks. How can we remember him other than shitting on his dead corpse?

In pictures: Remembering Khomeini

On the 17th anniversary of the death of Ayatollah Khomenei, Iranian photographer Mohsen Shandiz (centre) presents his memories of the return of the spiritual leader of the Islamic revolution to Iran in 1979.

Soon, we will have the BBC harken back to remember other wonderful leaders who changed the world...like Adolf Hitler, and Mao, and even Kim Il-Sung. We can't forget any modern lunatics like Saddam Hussein and Usama bin Laden. And, now that he is dead, where is that "Remembering Abu Musab al-Zarqawi" page?

Bush Approval Up; MSM Calls it "Slumping"

For months now, the MSM in America has made a note of mentioning President Bush's job approval ratings - and whether they rise or stay the same, the dumb liberal media continues to call them "slumping" or even "plummeting." How can something that stays the same be slumping? Of course, when it comes to liberals, they make no sense - so what else is new?

In this hilarious vein, we find that a new poll shows Bush's numbers now in the low 40s - more than 10 points higher than just a few weeks ago. What does the media call this rise? Sagging, that's what.

Poll says bin Laden catch no help for Bush

NEW YORK, June 8 (UPI) -- The capture of Osama bin Laden likely would do little to help President Bush's approval ratings, a new poll indicates.

Same goes for the death Wednesday of Iraqi al-Qaida leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, insofar as a Bush boost in popularity, pollster John Zogby says. Zarqawi was killed in a U.S. airstrike Wednesday.

Of the 1,538 respondents to the Zogby interactive survey, most said it was important to catch bin Laden but felt it would not help the president's overall sagging job status of 42 percent.

Notice - a poll was conducted asking people how they would react IF bin Laden was caught. How can we have a reaction and a poll for something that has not happened?

If we can, how about this poll: "If the Democrats advocate surrendering in Iraq, would you vote for them?"

Or this: "If Harry Reid and/or Nancy Pelosi were indicted for corruption, would you vote to make them leaders in the US Congress?"

Neither has happened - but it could. So, media - how about a poll asking these hypothetical questions?

Downies Stall as Pol Remains "Incapacitated"

Imagine if a politician was sick and unable to carry out his duties - this country had this when Woodrow Wilson was President, and he suffered a stroke which left him unable to be a leader but his wife covered for him and signed documents of State.

In Chicago, one John Stroger, the president of the Cook County Board, suffered a stroke, but no one can see him except friends, and no one will say what his true health status is.

Oh - but he IS running for re-election.

Health Status of Ill. Politician Unknown

In Chicago's Cook County, where the dead have been known to vote, the county's chief executive is a stroke victim who hasn't been publicly seen or heard from in nearly three months.

No one seems to know for certain whether he is in any condition to run for re-election in November, much less govern the county of more than 5 million people in the meantime.

Confidantes insist 77-year-old John Stroger, the powerful Democratic president of the Cook County Board, is recovering. But his Republican opponent wants a hearing on Stroger's fitness, arguing, "This Soviet-style stonewalling has got to end."

Stroger, a major political figure in Chicago's black community, was felled by a stroke just one week before the March 21 primary. Doctors said Stroger could be left permanently impaired, but they have provided no medical updates since the days immediately after the stroke. Stroger's family and staff have sometimes made conflicting statements about how, if at all, involved he is with work.

At one point, Stroger's son, Chicago Alderman Todd Stroger, seemed to be angling to take over his father's post. Soon, other leaders in the black community and on the county board began pulling for their own candidates.

So far, there are no indications that important county business is being neglected. But many are beginning to wonder who's minding the store - a store with a $3 billion budget.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson, who has known Stroger for decades, has publicly called on him to be forthcoming about his condition: "We simply need to know."

Even Jesse Jackass wants to know.

This kind of story should be national news. Oh, we forgot - he is a Downie. And a black Downie at that. So that merits a blackout on coverage.

Another Euro-Peon Accuses US of "Secret Prisons," again with NO PROOF

Euro-peons seem to have a different standard of proof - if there is none of a crime being committed, they believe that if you accuse anyway, it means that the crime occurred.

The Euro-peons who continue to say that there are secret prisons run by the US in Europe accuse, say they know, claim they will prove - but in the end admit that all they have is "allegations."

Folks, allegations mean SHIT. Proof is what means everything. And you have no fucking proof of anything.

Europe colluded with CIA over prisoners - watchdog

More than 20 mostly European countries colluded in a "global spider's web" of secret CIA jails and flight transfers of terrorist suspects stretching from Asia to Guantanamo Bay, a rights watchdog said on Wednesday.

Council of Europe investigator Dick Marty said the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency's well-oiled system did not involve torture but amounted to a form of "legal and judicial apartheid" that could exacerbate Muslim anger and spawn new terrorists.

The United States maintained a stance of neither denying nor confirming the allegations but challenged the credibility of the Council of Europe's report. Some European governments denied breaking laws, while others were silent or went on the attack.

European governments have faced embarrassing allegations over cooperation with U.S. policies unpopular with domestic opinion. It has fueled perceptions some were ready to ignore national laws due to U.S. pressure to back the war on terrorism.

Okay...so, where the proof?

Marty said in the report many of the Council's 46 member states had provided limited cooperation with his inquiry, but witnesses, plane enthusiasts, confidential sources and flight records had helped him partially lift a "veil of silence."

"It is now clear -- although we are still far from having established the whole truth -- that authorities in several European countries actively participated with the CIA in these unlawful activities," said Marty.

Well, there you have it.

They have witnesses who don't want to be exposed, and "plane enthusiasts."

We like the 747, and maybe a 767 here and there.

This means were are now experts when it comes to proving the existence of "secret prisons" when the moron who runs the investigation states that he has not "established the whole truth."

That's liberal code for "we can't prove our case."

Thanks, idiot. We knew that already.

Newspaper Highlights Homeless Iraq Veteran; Discovers the Story is a LIE

The leftwing elements of the American media likes to find 1) stories that make President Bush look bad, 2) stories that make the US military look bad, and, finally, 3) stories that make BOTH look bad. If they can find the first two, it is great. If they can find one that fits into the third category, they feel they have hit a home run.

So, in this vein, we turn to the Madison, Wisconsin, Capital Times, which highlighted Memorial Day weekend the story of one Jeremy Cofer, who claimed that he had served in Iraq only to return home not being able to find a job and was now homeless.

The paper ran with the story at a time when we should be celebrating veterans. The paper rushed the story into print, making the US military look bad.

The paper didn't check its facts, as subsequent events proved that the "homeless veteran" was really a fraud.

Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Veteran's Story Was Fabricated

Dear Readers:
We've been snookered.

The front-page story on Memorial Day about the Marine veteran who claimed he served seven years on active duty, was seriously injured in Bosnia and now can't get a job in Madison was fabricated by the veteran. Jeremy Cofer, 31, actually served less than two years on active duty and was never sent overseas, where he claimed he saw his best friend die in Bosnia.

When confronted with suspicions about the story Wednesday, Cofer authorized the release of his military records, where his lies became painfully apparent. He had told the same story in great detail to several people, one of whom contacted The Capital Times and urged us to do a story over the Memorial Day weekend.

Nevertheless, we at the newspaper must take the blame. Both our reporting and editing processes broke down on this story, holiday weekend or not. There were enough red flags that should have caused us to check further. For that, we apologize and will take steps to prevent something like this from happening again.
Sincerely,

Dave Zweifel, editor

If this were any other story, the editor AND the writer would be fired.

But because they can "oops, we goofed!" an apology right into our faces, they can get away with it.

Notice that this phony baloney story received absolutely no national attention. Figures.

National Flags Now Deemed to Be "Offensive" to Certain Minorities

British firefighters have been told not to display the British flag because - ready for this one? - it could be "offensive" to some minorities in England.

Want to guess which "minorities" the authorities are referring to?

Firefighters not allowed to fly English flag for World Cup

FIREFIGHTERS will not be allowed to support the England team at the World Cup after being banned from flying the national flag at their station.

The ban was handed out after St George's Day, when Barking Fire Station's Blue Watch put up an England flag to mark the patron saint's day. They were told it might offend certain groups in the community.

But Ashfaq Siddique, secretary of Barking Mosque, called for the fire brigade to use some common sense and not to be oversensitive.

He said: "The World Cup is coming up and I think if you look at the Muslim households around the borough, they will be flying the England flag because many Muslims will be supporting England."

Of course we shouldn't be "oversensitive." We should all take our national flags and throw them away because parasite Muslims cannot stand to see any other flag than one with Usama bin Laden on it.

These firefighters should have said the following: "We WILL display the British flag. And anyone who objects can not use our services next time they have a fire at home. This way, we won't impose our bad flag on them, and at the same time they won't have to deal with us anymore.”

Now THAT would be something to see.

Liberals Define Human Rights as "Not Putting a Criminal's Face on a Wanted Poster"

The Euro-peon Parliament enacted the Human Rights Act, a massive leftwing fantasy of a law which basically says that anything you do is legal. If you want to piss on someone in public, it is part of your human rights. Want to sell drugs? It is a human right. Have you molested a child lately? Well, you can - it is a human right.

Now, police in Britain are scared to put the faces of criminals on wanted posters because - you guessed right - it could violate their human rights.

Human rights fears mean police refuse to issue wanted posters of foreign criminals

The "human rights" of foreign ex-prisoners on the run from police are being put before public safety. Detectives across the country are refusing to issue "wanted" posters for the missing criminals because they do not want to breach human rights laws.

Forces said that the offenders had a right to privacy and might sue for defamation if their names and photographs were released.

Critics condemned the decision as "ludicrous". It comes as the Government faces mounting pressure to reform or scrap the Human Rights Act, which was blamed last week for a murder by a serial sex attacker and for a court ruling that nine asylum seekers who hijacked an aeroplane cannot be sent home to Afghanistan.

There you have it: if the police want to catch a criminal, it cannot show the criminal's face because the criminal's rights could be violated.

And another day passes with liberals continuing to fuck up the world.

The BBC Does It Again: Accusing US Troops of War Crimes with "Evidence" From Terrorists

In every war Americans have fought in, our enemies have bragged about numerous war crimes committed by our brave soldiers. 99% of the time the stories are pure fantasy, and no one believes them but the worst American haters out there.

Now, comes the BBC with one of the most breathtakingly anti-American stories ever. The "Beeb" accuses US forces of war crimes in the Iraqi city of Ishaqi. How do they come about these charges? Because they got proof from terrorists.

Wait - terrorists? Terrorists blowing people up, or killing American soldiers...this is what the BBC is relying on?

Yep.

New 'Iraq massacre' tape emerges

The BBC has uncovered new video evidence that US forces may have been responsible for the deliberate killing of 11 innocent Iraqi civilians.

The video appears to challenge the US military's account of events that took place in the town of Ishaqi in March.

The US said at the time four people died during a military operation, but Iraqi police claimed that US troops had deliberately shot the 11 people.

[...]

The video tape obtained by the BBC shows a number of dead adults and children at the site with what our world affairs editor John Simpson says were clearly gunshot wounds.

The pictures came from a hardline Sunni group opposed to coalition forces.

Notice the wording: "a hardline Sunni group." Well, in fact, al Qaeda is a "hardline Sunni group." To anyone but the numbskulls at the BBC, that is code for "terrorists and their enablers."

So, the BBC went to a terrorist group who gave them pictures of dead civilians. And this is proof that Americans committed war crimes!

Next, the BBC will show flowers growing at Auschwitz, which proves that no mass murder of Jews took place there. The pictures will be provided by Hitler Photography, Inc.

Update!

It appears that the BBC got its shit wrong, because the soldiers involved in this alleged crime were cleared today.

Take that, pussies.

US troops cleared over Ishaqi civilian deaths

A military investigation into allegations that US troops intentionally killed Iraqi civilians in a March 15 raid in a village north of Baghdad has cleared the troops of misconduct, two defence officials said on Friday.

The investigation concluded that the US troops followed normal procedures in raising the level of force as they came under attack upon approaching a building where they believed an al-Qaeda terrorist was hiding, the officials said. They spoke on condition of anonymity because the results had not been publicly released.

The Army's Criminal Investigation Division reviewed the results of the investigation and found no reason to probe further, the officials said.

Good to hear - that the US military is fairly investigating these stories, and not caving to the likes of the BBC and their ilk.

Scientists Around the World Confirm: Kyoto and Global Warming is Pure Rubbish

As we have been arguing here on Joobo for some time, the arguments that the Earth is warming to extreme termperatures mainly because of human activity - i.e., "fossil fuels" - is a fallacy from start to finish, as the Earth has always warmed, then cooled, then warmed again, then cooled again - in short, in cycles. Some alleged scientists and leftwing elements who push this phony theory usually have a hidden agenda: to put a halt to capitalism and business expansion. Scratch the surface of their backgrounds and you find radical leftwing and anti-capitalist doings.

Unfortunately, the world media is on the side of this group of losers, and each day tells us that 1) any warm day is caused by global warming; 2) any cold day is caused by global warming; 3) major weather patterns, such as hurricanes or tornadoes, are caused by global warming, despite the fact that such storms have been going on for millenium before Man was even on Earth.

So, imagine our shock when a varied group of rational scientists and others involved in the field of earth science sent a letter to new Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper NOT to adhere to the Kyoto Protocols, as they call that worthless paper as well as the arguments of pro-global warming advocates as "alarmist" and that, despite the "debate on this matter is closed" baloney from the Left, that the matter truly should be debated.

How refreshing!

Open Kyoto to debate; Sixty scientists call on Harper to revisit the science of global warming

An open letter to Prime Minister Stephen Harper:

Dear Prime Minister:

As accredited experts in climate and related scientific disciplines, we are writing to propose that balanced, comprehensive public-consultation sessions be held so as to examine the scientific foundation of the federal government's climate-change plans. This would be entirely consistent with your recent commitment to conduct a review of the Kyoto Protocol. Although many of us made the same suggestion to then-prime ministers Martin and Chretien, neither responded, and, to date, no formal, independent climate-science review has been conducted in Canada. Much of the billions of dollars earmarked for implementation of the protocol in Canada will be squandered without a proper assessment of recent developments in climate science.

Observational evidence does not support today's computer climate models, so there is little reason to trust model predictions of the future. Yet this is precisely what the United Nations did in creating and promoting Kyoto and still does in the alarmist forecasts on which Canada's climate policies are based. Even if the climate models were realistic, the environmental impact of Canada delaying implementation of Kyoto or other greenhouse-gas reduction schemes, pending completion of consultations, would be insignificant. Directing your government to convene balanced, open hearings as soon as possible would be a most prudent and responsible course of action.

While the confident pronouncements of scientifically unqualified environmental groups may provide for sensational headlines, they are no basis for mature policy formulation. The study of global climate change is, as you have said, an "emerging science," one that is perhaps the most complex ever tackled. It may be many years yet before we properly understand the Earth's climate system. Nevertheless, significant advances have been made since the protocol was created, many of which are taking us away from a concern about increasing greenhouse gases. If, back in the mid-1990s, we knew what we know today about climate, Kyoto would almost certainly not exist, because we would have concluded it was not necessary.

We appreciate the difficulty any government has formulating sensible science-based policy when the loudest voices always seem to be pushing in the opposite direction. However, by convening open, unbiased consultations, Canadians will be permitted to hear from experts on both sides of the debate in the climate-science community. When the public comes to understand that there is no "consensus" among climate scientists about the relative importance of the various causes of global climate change, the government will be in a far better position to develop plans that reflect reality and so benefit both the environment and the economy.

"Climate change is real" is a meaningless phrase used repeatedly by activists to convince the public that a climate catastrophe is looming and humanity is the cause. Neither of these fears is justified. Global climate changes all the time due to natural causes and the human impact still remains impossible to distinguish from this natural "noise." The new Canadian government's commitment to reducing air, land and water pollution is commendable, but allocating funds to "stopping climate change" would be irrational. We need to continue intensive research into the real causes of climate change and help our most vulnerable citizens adapt to whatever nature throws at us next.

We believe the Canadian public and government decision-makers need and deserve to hear the whole story concerning this very complex issue. It was only 30 years ago that many of today's global-warming alarmists were telling us that the world was in the midst of a global-cooling catastrophe. But the science continued to evolve, and still does, even though so many choose to ignore it when it does not fit with predetermined political agendas.

Incredible...simply incredible. Notice that this letter came out in April - what notice did it get? Did CNN, Fox, or any US media outlet run one story on this important letter? Why were none of these eminent scientists who signed this letter interviewed?

Let us pray that rational thought rules and these scientists get their way. It will be a great day for the world if they do.

It's Time for..."You Make Up the Caption!"

Well, dear listeners, it is time for another episode of that most popular of shows: "You Make Up the Caption!"

Today, we have a marvelous little photo of two deeply, deeply disturbed women: "Piece of Shit Mom" Cindy Sheehan and chief Hollywood Terrorist Sympathizer Susan Sarandon, cavorting during a rally of 10-20 fellow psychos at a "We Hate Fucking America!" rally held somewhere where no one who is not a loonytune Marxist could care less about.

Here's the photo - and our captions...can you come up with one of your own? If so, send it to us!

And the captions:

1. "Today, actress Susan Sarandon was driven backwards by a massive shot of halitotis from fellow anti-war protestor Cindy Sheehan."

2. "Susan Sarandon, left, wipes away tears as Cindy Sheehan, right, tells about having FBI agents rip off her dildo during a protest in 2005."

3. "Cindy Sheehan, right, explains that America is just a pure lump of shit as actress Susan Sarandon, left, wells up at the wonderful words of her friend."

4. "Actress Susan Sarandon, left, exhibits tears as she breathes in a fart from her fellow protestor Cindy Sheehan at a sparsely attended anti-war rally yesterday."
